Who is responsible?

What we collect and why

When you complete the project questionnaire, we receive your name, email address and answers about your project. We use them to assess and respond to your request, prepare a proposal and continue the conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

When you join a launch list, we receive your email address and the product list you selected. We use them to send information about that launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to our email or writing to the address above.

Who handles the data?

We use Cloudflare Pages to host the website, n8n Cloud to process form submissions, and our OVHcloud email account to receive requests and send replies. Google Fonts may receive technical connection data when the site loads its typefaces. We do not sell your information.

How long do we keep it?

We review unanswered project enquiries and launch-list entries at least once a year and delete those no longer needed. If a project becomes a client engagement, we retain the necessary business records for applicable legal periods. You may request deletion earlier, subject to any legal retention duties.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, restrict processing, or withdraw your launch-list consent. Email contact@rymtech.cloud. To leave a launch list, reply to any list email with REMOVE. We will remove your address from that list. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies on this site. Our infrastructure providers may process technical data needed to deliver the site and its forms.
